After many years in the industry, Chad and Joshua realized they wanted more from their experience. They felt a desire to be more connected with their clients; to emphasize building long-term relationships and friendships. They wanted to create a space where the entire team is invited to feel part of something bigger. Joshua and Chad are both dedicated to their family, and recognize and respect that same dedication in their team members.. We are often asked: "What does "BFAM" stand for, how did you get that name?" BFAM is an intentional and permanent reminder of that essential mission… to Be-FAMily.
